1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and when placing wagers.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for a saya4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

saya4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC compliance procedures, we require all players to verify their identity before making withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face

3.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your saya4d account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time, and to freeze accounts pending satisfactory explanation.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance (excluding any active bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC-compliant) before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze (Rp 20.000.000), Silver (Rp 50.000.000), Gold (Rp 100.000.000), Platinum (unlimited).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

saya4d processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 1-6 hours during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB). Once approved, bank transfers typically arrive in your account within 1-3 hours during banking hours. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer charges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts that deposit and immediately withdraw without placing wagers may be flagged for investigation and subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the withdrawn amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

saya4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on our promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its associated wagering requirements and validity period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place wagers totaling 30 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

saya4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus systems

6. Betting Rules and Limitations

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All wagers are subject to acceptance by saya4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager, in whole or in part, for any reason including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors in odds display. Once a wager is confirmed via on-screen notification and appears in your betting history, it constitutes a binding contract between you and saya4d.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the market description.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets are voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real-time but may be subject to slight delays. Bets placed after an outcome is determined are void.
• Maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise approved.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

For live casino and slot games, the following apply:

• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the saya4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of saya4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• saya4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorized access resulting from password disclosure.
• We are not liable for technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably within 14 business days. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may escalate the dispute to our designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. However, we reserve the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

saya4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of our services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Account Closure and Termination

Either you or saya4d may terminate your account at any time:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure by contacting customer support. We will process your request within 48 hours and return any remaining balance (minus active bonus funds) to your registered bank account.
• saya4d-Initiated Closure: We may suspend or close your account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services, and any outstanding debts owed to saya4d become immediately due and payable.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
